We stayed at the facility during a very busy weekend for them as there was a dance convention. It was our first time as guests. The rooms were decent and clean although not new. Not a problem. The biggest issue that was had is that checkout is 11 am. The room keys stopped working early in the am. This is incredibly inconvenient. Two people couldn’t load the vehicle because someone had to operate the 2 doors as the cards didn’t open work. Cards should have been brought to us when we reported this issue but they stated it was everyone. It wasn’t but that’s besides the point. If this is policy to deactivate, it’s a poor one! We stayed the weekend and had a lot of luggage!
Additionally we had to call twice for towels and coffee.

The staff was not accommodative, there was a stain on my sheets, the floor was not vacuumed, and there was an open water bottle in the fridge. When I checked out I let them know of the issues and they did not even care. I told them to please let the manager know so future guests won’t have the same bad experience.

Hotel looks good from the outside. Your expectations should be that of a Days Inn not a Wyndham. The air conditioning in the rooms are very old. The interior of the hotel needs some TLC.

We had our baby shower in the Vista venue space at the Wyndham Lancaster resort, the space is big enough to fit 120 people, it has very good view. Their staff are very friendly and they were welcoming our guests with smiles. Thank you so much for Mr Nathan and Mr Ehab for making our event very memorable. We enjoyed our time and I would recommend Wyndham's Lancaster Resort for anyone that has an upcoming event.

I cannot say enough about how great Nathan and his staff were. The place is super clean, and it is a huge place. If you need anything, the staff are right on it. Nathan can be found on-site almost 24-7 it seems. One night we had an issue (other guests not being considerate) and there Nathan was after 11pm to take care of it. Not only managing the facility but nothing is beneath him. I personally observed him cleaning up a mess that a little kid made by accident. And he will always go out of his way to make your stay personal to him and relaxing for you. When you or anyone else speaks with Nathan or his staff it is and was nothing but respect. Staff are always smiling as well. Hopefully, next time I go back it will be warmer and more of their outside amenities will be available. You cannot beat the location either. You could walk to the Outlets if you wanted to as well as many restaurants.
