Room was clean and well kept. I went to celebrate my birthday in PA and forgot my birthday gift Lancôme Tresor gift set in room along with my lotion, mascara good girl fragrance and body glitter. I called to inquire without expectations and Raj at front desk reassured me it was safe. He took my name and address and I received in package in 3 days. Thank you Raj your kindness is greatly appreciated.

Always stay here when in Lancaster. This time I should have gotten a top floor room as the people above and next to us woke us up earlier than I had planned! Told the manager and he said he would make sure I had a top room as always next time. This place is always willing to make amends which is good. I do recommend a top room if you can. Best price around book early!!
Breakfast was usual but I wish they had a waffle maker! LOL Convenient to where I need to be and close to all and better than all the other places I have stayed in the area over the years. I would go back and I will.

The one staff member i saw was pleasant. The room was clean but run down. Bathroom needs major update. The deadbolt would not lock, and when the staff was told he just said oh yea, sorry about that, like he already knew about it. Got locked out of our room because the keycard didnt work. Breakfast consisted of coffee, bagels and cereal. Also, no bible in the room. Definitely will not be back.

This was a very nice property for the price. It was convenient to everything we were looking for. We found it basic yet clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful.
Our unit was on the 1st floor, facing the parking lot and street and it was quiet.
