We had a very comfortable stay. The beds are top quality. We slept wonderfully. It was an enjoyable time for the family. The kids wanted to stay another night.

Stayed one night. Place of choice in east london from now on. Everything was excellent. Friendly helpfull staff, nice clean airy room, nice parking facilities. Overall a great stay. I am sure I will stay here again

Stayed over for a 2-night stay. The hospitality was great. Breakfast was really good, and the rooms were very nice and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much for your great service. Will definitely be back again!

Lovely large room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were amazing! No aircon in the room, so it was quite hot. Very close to Vincent park mall and the local swimming pool.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Property is an older build which has that old world feel and tastefully maintained. Shower is large. Only downside is that the taps in shower and basin are not mixer type taps. Breakfast is good and filling.

Grossly incompetent management. Billed me en route when I had selected pay on arrival. I alerted them to the error immediately after receiving notice from CC. They promised to rectify before our departure. Never happened. Room was dated albeit clean with comfortable beds and shower. Little to no soundproofing and could hear neighbors TV and movements. Electricity outlet extensions were a fire hazard waiting to happen. No one answered the two listed numbers for assistance when trying to determine shedding schedules. Breakfast was overpriced. Management were obnoxious and rude. Avoid if you need quiet rest and assistance.

The service wasn't so welcoming. I paid for breakfast and I wasn't even asked what egg I will like to have. They just made scrambled eggs. The sleep quality was the best and everything else was okay..

We always need a place to stay on our way from CPT to the wild coast and this is the perfect stop. Wonderfully large family room with plenty of space for our dog and kids. It's central location and friendly welcome means we'll be back.

Very comfortable room and clean bathroom. Central to where we needed to be. Room had all required to make stay enjoyable. Breakfasts were sufficient although no yoghurt on second day and hot meal the same daily. Thanks
