Price is fair with 2 breakfast included. Room is spacious with 3 people stay. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

A very good experience, receptionist was helpful on check-in, room was clean with a good view, and the breakfast buffet was fine. Starbucks coffee also served in the bar area, for drinking in or taking away.
I did not use the health centre but looked reasonably good.
Quiet, clean and efficient - would use again.

The room was in need of renovation. Tatty skirting boards and cracked washbasin. Lighting in the room was very dim.

The staff were brilliant and helpful. Our room left a lot to be desired. It was so shabby and outdated. There was dust everywhere and there were so many stains on the wall. If we were staying longer than 2 nights I definitely would have complained. We were in a family room of 2 double beds and a single sofa bed, the room was spacious but unfortunately the bathroom was so tiny, it just didn’t make sense.
As above, the staff were helpful and kind and the breakfast was delicious. We made use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna but unfortunately we encountered so many plasters in the pool and the jacuzzi had yellow stains. I honestly felt sick seeing this. Will not be returning again.

When you walk into the hotel the lobby looks lovely, fresh and clean. The rooms are a completely different story. Dirty, tired, and dinghy with barely any lighting working. Did not feel clean or pleasant to stay in. As for breakfast… don’t bother paying for it! Nothing replenished so when we arrived just gone 8, no croissants, no milk in the coffee machine, no jam, barely any bread, even the cookware used to hold the cooked breakfast had chipped plastic hanging off it and spoons for fruit and yoghurt really dirty. Avoid!

Booked an executive room for two nights. Hotel reception and bar areas very nice, went to our room, it’s tired, walls need painting, bathroom floor tiles cracked, taps and chrome fittings all worn and pitted. Both our Complimentary flannels had dirty marks / stains on them. But the toiletries were nice, all Dove. Room was chilly so turned heating on, didn’t work, hotel staff brought a plug in heater! Feet were broken on that too, but we had heat. Went out next day and came back to find the cleaner had been in to make the bed and clean the bathroom, they’d left either a floor or toilet cleaning ‘rag’ on the bathroom sink and it was filthy and smelly. So I threw it outside our door in the hallway. Cleaned where it had been left with baby wipes. Had a swim in the pool, freezing cold, and out of 3 sauna / steam rooms not one was working, apparently been like it all week. I doubt we will stay in a holiday inn again after this experience. Staff were all nice, the restaurant food wasn’t great, basic food using cheap ingredients.

The property looked modern and well kept. The only issue we had was there are no lifts and it was quite a hike with luggage to our room on the second floor. We would stay again.
