Stayed at this hotel a few times. Double rooms are quite small but well equipped. Friendly, helpful staff.

The Best Holiday inn I have stayed at. Staff are always friendly and polite. Despite a small current refurb everything is running smoothly. The indoor swimming pool and sauna are a brilliant bonus. Breakfast is of okay choice but needs to be improved 🤦♀️🙏♥️

this was probably the forth or fifth short stay we had in these three months with this hotel. the service was improving which we were glad to see.
Courtney, the duty manager, was professional and willing to take care of our concerns. the night shift guy on the early morning of 25 Sept, Kanyarat, Annie and other front desk staff were nice and helpful.
we would absolutely love to stay with this hotel if we visit Chatham again :)

A great all round hotel. Ideal for families. Our highlight was the use of the spa Massage facilities .... an hour long trio massage with Michelle. She was so friendly and professional and put us at instant ease. The massage and facial treatments were 1st class. Michelle had a lovely firm touch ....just the ticket for our aching muscles. Will definitely book again when next passing through Rochester. Very good value for money on all treatments compared to other hotel chains. Thank you. Sally :-)
