Nothing is left to be desired. Very nice hotel, top apartments and a great pool area. The service is also top notch. Can be highly recommended with a clear conscience.

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex.
We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours.
The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho.
The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use.
Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Great stay with my husband. Great people and lots of things to do or just relax. We had terrific meals, (Pazzo for outstanding Italian food) enjoyed a nice room with a kitchen. We went to the beach club, had lunch and enjoyed the pools. I highly recommend this resort and beach club in the beautiful Naples area.

Visiting from the UK again and stayed at the Naples Bay Resort for the second time, and wasn't disappointed. This time we stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage, the unit was very spacious and clean, although had dust in areas if you went looking for it, like on top of mirrors etc... We had a few issues when we first checked in, the main bed was sunken in the middle, and also had an issues with very small bugs (maybe ants) in the kitchen, this was rectified within a few hours after reporting the issues, plus it was a very nice touch to receive the bottle of prosecco and fruit board as an apology, even though this was not expected. Made use of the shuttle this time round, very handy to use for the beach, I heard that they are happy for you to take the chairs and umbrellas in your own car if you want to go to a different beach, which we will probably do next time. Also used the golf cart shuttle a few times as we like the small pool in the marina hotel, the drivers are always friendly. Resort is spotless and service in the pool area is always excellent. Looking forward to our next visit.

Very clean property with outstanding service and accommodations. Very close to shopping, dining and the beach. Even our housekeeper was amazing.
This was the most expensive stay I’ve ever had (14 nights) and it was worth every dollar. We plan to return again next year.

While our overall accommodations were very nice I felt there was no communication that no cleaning would be done during our stay. There was no information where we could empty the trash that accumulated. I walked to the front desk where we had checked in to ask if I could have another bar of soap as I like to wash my hands in the kitchen and was told they don’t care for the cottages except to clean before arrival.
I know that things break down and our s/c did not work and we didn’t notice as we were not in our unit very much then we told the front desk and they sent someone to fix it.
No one followed up to ensure everything was working well. These little things are something I would not expect from a facility such as yours.

We chose this resort for our annual girls week. Our experience was exceptional from the very beginning. The 3 bedroom cottage was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location to the pool area was perfect. All of the staff were amazing from Hope at the Concierge to each and every shuttle driver !! We had everything we needed for beach days; chairs, umbrellas and towels. The message at the spa was the best we experienced. A perfect destination!
