they have not upated the hotel in awhile and there is no elevator. But overall everything else was good

I travel to central Pennsylvania four times a year. The Penn Harris has always been and will continue to be my go-to choice for lodging. Right across the bridge from Harrisburg, downtown and the Capital are just minutes away. There have been ongoing improvements to the property over the past several years, most notably the recent reopening of the on-site restaurant. Mercato Mio serves traditional Italian meals, with a cozy little bar attached to the dining room. The tiramisu is especially delicious! The entire hotel staff was courteous and helpful, Ashley at the main desk in particular. The Penn Harris is most definitely a step above any of the other hotels in the area.

Didnt get in till 11:30 pm, room was 59 deg F, could not get heat on. Staff came and set it, but 2:am was only 61 deg F. I finnaly fiquired it out and had room warmed up by 4:am. Left at 7: am and wont be back there again.

Would recommend this location. Close to attractions, staff very attentive to me and out guest to ensure they had a wonderful time. General manager greeted guest. A very positive sign of good quality customer service.

We held a conference at the hotel for work. The hotel was great to work with and did an excellent job with set up, food and accommodations. All the break-out rooms were set up equipped per our requests. The food was hot and prepared perfectly. We heard lots of positive feedback from attendees! Looking forward to holding our conference at the Penn Harris again next year! Special thanks to Jessica, Fran, Sean and Kenny for everything!
