從最冷的芝加哥一路開過來皮奧里亞，雖然有雪，但是不再凍手疼了，在這裏拜訪了最大的卡特辦公中心。酒店很適宜，有浴缸，拋去疲憊。緊挨着就是一家意大利餐廳，味道不錯，菜品也多，價格也不便宜。可惜在海外總是在凌晨睡，還無法整夜覺。

Excellent hotel! Staff was friendly, room was clean, all nice Dove products. I only had three complaints; 1) the pillows are down and super flat. 2) the elevator and hallways need vacuumed daily. 3) there was no mattress pad on the bed and it had a stained sheet. I do think the sheet was clean, but I did not smell it! Otherwise our room was spotless

Hotel is beautiful! Rooms were quiet and comfortable. We even had a chance to check out the pool. However, i did find someones sock that was not ours in the room. Thats my only complaint.

From the minute we got in and got our room everything started bad. First the toilet seat in the bathroom in our room was muddy with poop. Of course we got switched to a different room which seemed cleaner. But at 11.30pm the fire alarms went off. I called the front desk and was told that nothing to worry about, but my dad had called from a different room and the person who answered said she didn’t know what was going on and hung up on him. Now this morning we wanted to take a shower but the water was freezing cold, I called the front desk and said they had a broken pipe and will be fixing the problem within the hour. Finally to a fantastic first day the “breakfast buffet” they offer is basically all bread, coffee and cereal boxes. There’s only ONE table you can sit down a family of 3 or more. Total waste of money this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend ever.

When we arrived, the revolving door (not disability challenged friendly by the way) at the main entrance doors were closed because of maintenance issues evidently and they remained closed for our visit. The other two doors at the main entrance have no button to push to open the doors automatically and the doors were heavy, making it extremely challenging for someone who is using a walker or wheelchair to get inside. Although there was a person working behind the front desk upon arrival, they offered no assistance. Barely even greeted people. Room was set up fairly well for an accessible room, spacious and clean. Bathroom could use some simple changes, installing the towel rack somewhere other than right above the safety grab rails next to the toilet would be a good start, difficult to avoid bumping into it. Hotel room was very quiet and the location was good.

The hotel is nice on the outside. My room is fine, besides the fact I do not have a microwave, and the refrigerator won’t let me set the temperature so all of my food froze! Not to mention they charge $13 for breakfast that is literally microwaved trash you’d get at a Motel 6. On top of it all the coffee isn’t all that good and they don’t even have any creamer to make it better. If you’re going to charge $180 a night for a 1 king room at least make somebody actually want to enjoy staying here. The restaurant they have is nice, if you are ready to fork out the money. I will say though that all of the staff have been nice. I hope I don’t have to stay here again!

The hotel as a whole was nice. The women who worked the front desk were very pleasant.
But I paid for a king suite and the fridge was leaking water on everything inside and the AC did not make the room cool enough even on the coldest setting. The bed was also too firm and caused back pain.
