1 point is too much Cleanliness: 1) The washing machine was very dirty and only used once. It had a dryer function, but it ruined clothes. The coffee machine was broken and wouldn't make coffee. Amenities: 2) We had confirmed a crib with the hotel upon check-in, but it wasn't provided on our first day. My son had to sleep with us, and we had a terrible night's sleep. 3) There weren't enough parking spaces in the parking lot, so we were forced to park in a handicap space. Service: 4) On our third night, we discovered our son's towel and my husband's pajamas were missing. The towel was hanging on the bathroom towel rack, and the cleaner probably mistook it for a hotel towel and took it away. The pajamas were also taken away with the bedding. 5) We requested a refund for the crib and sent a message and email to the hotel the next day to inquire, but there was no response until check-out. 6) The reception was terrible. We picked up our keys on our own on check-in day, and no one greeted us. That evening, we informed them there were no cribs, but the staff said the relevant department was closed and would be available the next day. When we notified them of the missing items, their first reaction was to say it was impossible, implying we were lying. There was no apology or follow-up, only instructions to email (which, sadly, went unanswered). Summary: I booked this place because it had a kitchen and washing machine, but the washing machine was inoperable. When there were special circumstances, like the lack of a crib when we checked in and missing items, the receptionist ignored them. If you can accept a hotel with a convenient location but subpar facilities and service, book this place!
