Great and friendly service. Good location. Comfortable bed and shower. AC was noisy and didn’t work well. It all looks very outdated but it’s good value for your money. Breakfast was fine. I hope they will change the paper cups for glasses and mugs.

Very old hotel, everything needs renovation. The first room they gave us was so dusty it was hard to breathe. They changed our room, and the cleanliness was better, but there was still dust.

Took my 8yo and 16 month for a 2 night stay. They loved it. Very quiet hotel not too far to walk into the city and close to public transport. Nice breakfast and comfy beds. My daughter didn't want to leave. Was nice to have a bath and shower in the executive suite as well. Decor is dated but didn't affect our experience and stay.

Arrive late at night but still able to take bus to arrive hotel. And have convenience store nearby. Spacious room but old facilities . A little bit cold even with the air con turned off in winter . Still using keys to open door and doubtful about safety.

Housekeeping sometimes forgot to replenish items egs tissue box, sugar. The divan beds had sunken in the centre due to wear & tear. Not comfortable to sleep on.

Hotel was fine, had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Service was excellent, very friendly staff. Hotel could do with the addition of colour, the brown/beige theme is terribly outdated.

The room is clean and spacious. But the lighting isn’t bright enough, it’s quite dim. Should have changed the lighting.

Nice place to stay compared to other local places on a similar budget. Walking distance to main bus/train station. Breakfast could be more varied. Overall recommend.
