Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic! The environment was pleasant, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. My only minor complaint is that I arrived past 12 PM on check-in day and had to call to get checked in, which was a bit inconvenient. But other than that, everything was perfect.

We were so lucky to have a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member who upgraded our room. The space was huge and very comfortable. It's a shame we only stayed one night. There's also delicious breakfast and Korean BBQ nearby!

The space is fantastic, and the large TV screen is perfect for movie nights with friends on the sofa! They also provide a full set of kitchenware and amenities.

This was the longest I've stayed at a single hotel. Previously, I was switching hotels every day and it was exhausting. I stayed here for 3 nights, but the hotel service really fell short. We were there for several days and no one ever came to clean our room, etc. It felt like we were forgotten! We were supposed to get milk every day, but even after asking for it, we didn't receive any.

The room and living area are quite spacious. It has a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, but no laundry detergent or dish soap is provided. There are kitchen knives, but they're too dull to cut meat; it took two calls to find one that worked. No seasonings are provided either. There's no particular smell in the room, and the living room has a door leading to the balcony, but there's no cross-ventilation. The windows in the room can't be opened. There are three air conditioners but only one remote that works for all functions; the other remote can only turn them off, not on 😮💨 The hallway outside the elevator is stuffy and filled with a strong insecticide-like scent. You really have to hold your breath every time you walk through it 👃
