Great location for Perth city. However, found insects on the bed sheet. Need to request housekeeping for stay shorter than 5 days. Broken clothes rack was never replaced. Improvement required for a 4-star accommodation.

Sorry bathtub. Broken dish washer. Old style TV so unable to use our streaming accounts. Not what we were expecting for what we paid. Very disappointed. Cleaned the bathtub myself. Reported dish washer but wasn't repaired. Booked a place wroth a dish washer so we wouldn't have to wash up every time some one ate. Not particularly happy.

The room is large and the price-performance ratio is a good choice. It's better than staying in a hotel when the price is low. At least there is a balcony for ventilation.

For get the location and the good sized apar**ents, must be in the top 5 in Perth for rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Next time I will rather travel further to my appoin**ents rather then stay here

Hotel was nice and clean, with paid sheltered carpark. Staff was really friendly and helpful despite us checking in late! convenient location, near to many car rental places as well
