Ganesha Wellness Spa

A nice, clean accommodation, within 5 minutes' walk of great pleasantly located local cafes and a regular, free bus service into central Perth. The self serve breakfasts were good, and we enjoyed them in a very pleasant kitchen/dining area. The room we had was on the 2nd floor and without lifts, it was difficult carrying our luggage up the stairs, but that was a minor drawback. The local area was lovely and with good views over and walks along the Murray River. We enjoyed looking round the area and saw our first ever kangaroo in the wild, on Heirisson Island, just over the River. If you're into cricket, like us, the Optus and the superb WACA stadiums are a short walk away. Perth and Elizabeth Quay (and I recommend the lunches in the Doubletree is good value with fantastic views) are pleasant to explore and with extensive free public transport and city wide free wi-fi that is easy. The superb Memorial Park are over the harbour and a short bus ride (on the CAT) away.

My partner and I found this gorgeous boutique hotel on air BnB and have enjoyed staying many nights. We have been very happy staying in every room, each has been designed created and brought to life by Jenny’s beautiful skill set. The rooms were very clean and well presented, and Jenny was a wonderful host. She responded very quickly to questions, our check in was simple and easy and we were allowed privacy and our own space which works so well for us. Jenny’s staff are all very professional and helpful and we could see Jenny prides herself on excellence in service. She ensures all clientele are comfortable and enjoy their stay in such a peaceful and exemplary hotel. The day spa downstairs is an added bonus if you enjoy a couples massage and relaxation 😊

This experience was a gift and when I tried to communicate initially to book it was a communication nightmare. The person I was texting with was extremely rude and lots of excuses which didn’t concern me. Not a good start for a relaxing day spa. The experience was booked for a half day and we got 2 hours! Massage was ok, facial was quite nice but face not cleaned properly after mask and then given tissues to wipe it off. It was very disjointed all round. Staff were lovely but not given any direction. Would not recommend

Just finished a 10 night stay at this beautiful hotel. Location is amazing being a few steps from the river with some lovely restaurants and the staff can not do enough for you. Rooms are perfect and ours had a huge jacuzzi bath. Continental breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Thank you!

Stayed for 2 nights over a weekend. Very quiet area. Left windows open and heard nothing. Location for what we wanted was perfect. Was able to walk along the esplanade to Elizabeth Quay and back via city with ease. Getting to Optus Stadium was also easy and a bonus was walking back in the evening with all of the lights reflecting on the water and the bridge itself. Our room was perfect size and had a seperate toilet and bathroom. A small bar fridge and tv in room and then we had access to the shared kitchen, dining area and 3 other common areas if we just wanted to chill. Check in and out was really easy, accurate information and Jenny, the owner was very prompt in replying to any of our questions. Included continental breakfast was a bonus for our stay. Any time we have to come back for footy, then we know where we will be staying. Brilliant.

I bought a Groupon for Skin and Slim Solutions and it was Ganesha Wellness Spa going under another name. Hard to make a booking. Really poor customer service. Forgets you’re in the treatment room because she is so busy. Treatment time was 1.5 hours but I was there 3 hours due to waiting around and poor customer service. She tried to add on extra costs when I paid for an added treatment by saying it was in the fine print. It’s not in the fine print. I do not recommend and I will not be going back.
