The hotel and staff. Stellar! Food is also great. Good options for the vegetarian cuisine. Daal Chaawal was the best. The main road the hotel needs to be done ***** with some boards on the way for ease of guests. The staff is responsive and kind.

I am very happy to stay here first i give 5 out of 5 to their hospitality second 4 marks to their food.although resort is some far away from the city but very scenic I like the hospitality of santosh.very clean and hygienic resort.away from city noise good experience

Nice property with all modern facilities. Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff is very co operating. I will definitely suggest it to my family and friends. Miss Aashika took care of all our needs. My tour operator booked different room then hotel change my room of my choice. They upgraded my room

This property was worth a stay. Very comfortable for any kind of stay. With kind and very supportive staff. The Grain Pure Veg Restaurant located inside the property was excellent. Very wide range of cuisine available. Well I do have some suggestions which they can consider to make it even more amazing experience. 1) Consider installing a ceiling fan/AC in the room. 2) Frequent internet disconnection 3) Adjacent rooms are soo adjacent that I could actually see/hear the entire bed room and the conversations. Last but not the least: "Recommended"

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Aashika and Prajwal took special care of our needs and made us feel special. Local food served at the buffet is tasty and worth a try. Udaan Alpine is worth the visit if you are looking for natural view and good service.

the experience was amazing in alpine udaan resort and it’s so much amazing and their hospitality was so so much awesome. The behaviour of staff especially rittick members was so good. service was also amazing and one thing obviously, this city gangtok is just so much beautiful and there are so much serenity & peace in its atmosphere. so, overall experience was awesome , we enjoyed alot here and must visit at alpine

The hospitality is very good. I really liked the food and the breakfast is outstanding. I would recommend premium valley room. It is a bit far from the city but that makes it as a wonderfull resort to stay in the midst of nature. The cottage room was not upto that level.
