If I could give 0 stars, I would. The front desk manager is horrific, rude, and awful. I have Titanium status. I travel all around the world. I have never experienced anything like this person. If this was my first exposure to Marriott, I would never be back. They are a horrible representation of the company and should be fired immediately. I left and went up the street to Fairfield Inn and Suites and was immediately taken care of.

I fine place, close to the airport. The hotel is definitely an older property and could use some updating, but nothing horrible. Front desk staff was pleasant. Rooms are fine. Ordered uber eats as the bistro there was closed. Restaurant across the street is good, Italian. For the proximity to airport, good choice.

Check in was easy, quick, & friendly, with the usual, expected, incidentals fee (in this case, $20). However, when I looked at my bank statement, I noticed an unknown, $140 charge, that nobody could explain to me in any meaningful way. Simply stating it would likely disappear. I found this very odd, as the actual charge for the room was prepaid on a completely different bank card. It somehow takes only 5 seconds to charge my card an "unknown" fee of $140, but will now take about 5 business days (or thereabouts) to refund the mystery charge, if it even occurs. We'll see... 🤔

I arrived just after 8pm and the room was not ready. They had staffing problems and did not clean or replace the towels or empty the trash after our day one. Breakfast for 2 was not on their file and I had to prove I booked it.

Room was not the clearness.. bed look like the sheets haven't been changed out in a ling time. Head desk eating while checking us in.. no free coffee .. paid 4.76 for aaeful cup of coffee..
