Love the front desk staff and the fact that they had washer and dryers. Definitely worth the stay if you’re having renovations done on your home like I did. It also has a full kitchen

Upon check in, I was optimistic that the room was going to be as clean as the lobby. The hallways were clean and did not stink so again, we were optimistic. When we opened the door we were hit with the unpleasant smell of cigarettes and mildew. Our room smelt horrible. It was almost unbearable. We tried to open the windows and air out the room and that did not work. We left to eat dinner and returned to the front desk to ask if there was any chance that we could switch rooms, they told us the best they could do is give us a "spray" to help with the awful smell. This Febreze spray did not help. The sink was also filthy. The fridge opened the wrong way so it was not even usable. The air conditioner also put out an awful smell. The "breakfast" they offer in the morning is not something that I would even consider breakfast. It is coffee, tea and granola bars. Remember when looking to book, you get what you pay for!

Very friendly Staff, only 1elevator for the entire building, we stayed on the 3rd floor with our pet, it was very inconvenient to get to the elevator (located in the lobby across from the front desk) room could have been cleaner, there was hair in the bathtub
