Quality Inn & Suites York

The Room is neat for the price. The room has more amenities than ******* advertised. It had 3 foot fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Staff is very helpful and accommodating for request to get breakfast ready earlier to help athletes. I am happy my wife picked this. Glad to stay back again when visiting that area.

I like everything and specially the bed very comfortable

Check in was ok. Lobby seemed clean enough…As we walked out of the building to begin looking for our room we were chased by a pit bull so that was fun…We couldn’t even bring ourselves to sit on the bed, let alone spend the night! We literally went into the room and I headed straight to the bathroom to put my makeup on to go to the ****** while my husband stood and watched tv. We didn’t even use the toilet! So we spent less than an hour in the room total. The pillows were throw pillows, not bed pillows! Everything seemed old, dirty and worn out. And not to sound judgmental but it just gave the feeling of a place where unsavory activities would occur, if you can understand what I’m saying. As we were already running late to meet our friends for dinner, we left and then immediately after dinner my husband returned to inform the employee we would not be spending the night, explaining why and the employee refused to provide a refund stating she was not authorized to do so and he would have to speak to the manager, who was not there. Long story short, my husband (finally)spoke with the manager who refused to give a refund so we had to file a dispute with our credit card company.

The room was ok, but for the three nights we were there no towels or bedding was replaced. They need to spray for pest control. We was greeted by a cockroach.The door did lock properly and the bed was like sleeping on concrete. Will not return back to this property ever

Had a beeping smoke detector when I got into the room at 10 pm. It was quickly repaired by maintenance. Room is in need of updating but clean and comfortable. Great pillows This is ridiculous that I have to write a minimum of 200 characters....

Heater was noisy and it leaked water into the room and soaked the carpet. Roaches all around.

Very clean and affordable. Nice older hotel that needs or is currently being updated.

The manager was very nice, understanding, and accommodating to my stay and needs. The people were nice and they helped me every step of the way. I am appreciative of this cheap and wonderful stay offered on York Pa. Again thanks for hospitality. Thank you

Not satisfied! The property and rooms need to be updated. It needs to be cleaned. I found a big and a small roach. I will not stay there again. The breakfast room looked fantastic, but, the breakfast was not great.
