Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod

Room was pretty clean. Linens and pillows need some work. Dirty duvet with stains. Pool area is very loud if you want quiet, do not get a room by pool.

Kids were running, yelling and rough-housing around in the hallways until past midnight while their parents got hammered poolside. Sleeping was impossible. However, it was school vacation week so I'm guessing this doesn't happen all the time.

We travel with our autistic daughter. She needs a bathtub since she won't take showers. We picked this hotel since their website says the rooms have bathtub -shower combos. We arrived yesterday after a long day of traveling and were given a room without a bathtub. We went to the front desk and the older gentleman there said they currently had no rooms with tubs available but one was opening up the next day and we could have that one. He said to go to the front desk at 8 am and they would arrange the transfer. We went at 8 and we're told that they no longer have any rooms with bathtubs available. I emailed the manager twice but she didn't bother to respond. I found a hotel in Hyannis that has tubs so we checked out and moved there. The hotel is nice but the level of service we received was really bad. I interacted with three people at the front desk and only one actually tried to help us. The other two basically said "I know we advertise that our rooms have tubs but too bad." The manager was nowhere to be found and couldn't even be bothered to respond to our emails.

This place is bland, in house dining is availble only for breakfast and was medicre. the pool area was poorly lit and ventilated.

Nice hotel, good location for where i needed to be.

There was no heat in the pool area so it was freezing and there were SEVERAL leaks all around the building. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Third time staying in this hotel, next year we will be back.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable, mattress very soft needs to be replaced. Pillow were basically nonexistent. We stacked them, folded them, and tried rolling them up but they were useless. We were on the Cape for a family Christmas gathering and had three rooms at this hotel for family members. Everyone had the same experience. We were woken during the night several times with doors slamming in the hall outside our room and on with noise from the pool area which sounded like someone in or around the pool after hours being chased out by a hotel employee. We have stayed at this hotel as a family for years, even before the renovation and it is extremely doubtful even given convenience of the close proximity to family who are Harwich residents that we will be back again for Thanksgiving and Christmas next year.
