Good hotel but chaotic during the breakfast period. Staff overwhelmed but in good spirits
Beds comfortable and clean. Not overly keen on liquid soap but that is just a personal opinion.

The rooms in the holiday inn series in the UK are all average, neither too big nor too small. The bathroom is very compact and quite clean. There is only a tray in the integrated bathroom. When taking a bath, be careful to put the bottom of the shower curtain inside the tray in the integrated bathroom. There is no water at all when taking a shower. Will splash outside. Hooks for hanging bags and towels are installed in the room and bathroom, which is very convenient; there are also many charging sockets and USB interfaces, and the locations are reasonable, making them very convenient to use. The room is very hygienic. There are too many cars in the parking lot and too many people at breakfast to turn around. There was a female waitress in the restaurant who wiped the dining table after the previous customer had eaten. She wiped the large pieces of bread crumbs dropped by the guests on the table directly on the floor of the restaurant, and then was stepped on by everyone. Foreigners don’t care about courtesy when dining! There were many children running around, and some parents and children chatted loudly. The lawn and hedges behind our room are directly on the highway. It was quiet at night and I slept well. The air conditioner was turned on with hot air and was noisy.
