Good for transit near airport

Exactly what you'd expect. Functional, comfortable, good location for airport and train station, and reasonable price.

Very good proximity to airport and local business parks, good standard of cleanliness and state of repair inside the building, outside is looking a bit ‘tired’.

Well where do I start all the members of staff was brilliant except one she done everything she could do to make our stay as miserable as possible even came out and said to be so are you going to apologise to me for something she had done wrong the restaurant staff was amazing David and Justine really stood out to me nothing was to much for the staff just that one person we eat at the hotel every night we was there our stay was money to Thursday was just a shambles with lady I can’t remember her name walks about like she is lost all time normal is on front of house I mean I phone 18 time on Sunday to not get answers phoned up Monday morning when someone else was working and the phone got picked up straight away sort your staff out premier inn she is letting you all down!!!

The stay was generally fine but we received some outstanding service which was over and above what could be expected. my son left his mouth brace in a tissue on the breakfast table when returning to the room. By the time he realised the table had been cleared. We spoke to the waiting staff and one of the ladies went though the bin and found the brace in the tissue - I had offered to do it myself but she refused to allow me, insisting she would do it. We are extremely grateful.

We stayed here overnight on the 4th may Each time we purchased a round of drinks at the bar the price changed for the same drinks I don’t like being ripped off One would suggest that you take a look at the people you employ I did query this at the time but the attitude of your staff not helpful

Stayed for one night visiting family. There was no one on reception but they have self check in so no problem. The room was clean and tidy. Had air con but didn’t use it. Didn’t eat here so cannot comment on restaurant. There is car park but you have to pay £6 night. Just get a voucher from reception when you leave, there is a ticket machine just outside scan and then pay. I would probably stay here again.
