The Tidewater is a gem! Every staff member was above and beyond professional and helpful. The renovated rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved the renovation. Food and service at Hunters was excellent.

Room pleasing with several windows/ light. Clean. Housekeeper Victoria very cheerful and sweet. Bed comfortable. Lobby and public areas inviting. Check-in easy, staff pleasant and personable. Grounds inviting and well kept. In town setting so there is some noise from street traffic. Excellent in house dining. Visited midweek.

What a lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. Room was very clean and updated. My only problem was that the was are very thin. You could actually hear the person above you using the bathroom. Not a nice sound. Plus you could hear other guest in the hallways.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom family suite with our family of five and had a fantastic time. The living room made for a wonderful movie night. The location was ideal, very walkable to all things in town. The staff were super friendly. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful inn. We actually stayed at the Tidewater House. So well-maintained, lovely. Our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I can't wait to return.

Lovely lobby and surrounding lounge areas with a nice bar and restaurant. The rooms were small but nice and clean. Great location with several shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
