Don’t waste your money, pay a little extra for a decent spa. Rude staff, and the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. We booked a treatment, arrived at the time booked, to be told they’d booked the wrong time by accident. Unfortunately, my daughter left a necklace in her robe pocket (her fault I know). We called repeatedly, no one ever called back, emails ignored. Shocking service all round.

Bought as a birthday treat, I had the full body massage with Becky Young and it was perfect. Time to myself to relax and unwind whilst in the very capable hands of Becky. Came out feeling relaxed and all tension gone. The staff are polite and helpful. Under new management I believe will help Eastwell Manor put itself back on the map with great reviews.

Extremely disappointed with my trip to the spa toilets dirty brought this to attention of staff half of the lockers didn’t lock kept asking for fresh towels jacuzzi not working AGAIN OVER CHARGED£60 in spa still fighting for refund a long with at least 20 phone calls spoke to 4 different people and still no far forward Spa treatment was ok but clearly with a new un experienced staff member and was still charge senior price Restaurant was fabulous as always Spa not worth the money

Have been coming yearly for 6 years, seen some big changes this last visit, but embrassed it and still love the break. Very impressed with Jess the Clarins rep and thanks for her help and advice. Natalie provided an amazing facial. And the lovely Minay who made our evening meals in the Manor House special, she was very bubbly, attentive friendly and informative.

Really lovely stay at hotel and Spa facilities were great. Many thanks to Jess at the spa who really helped us with treatments and products. Food was absolutely amazing and made even better by Minay who served us and made us feel so welcome and really special. Thank you. Will be returning soon.

So disappointed. Been coming to Eastwell Manor for over 25 years and the standard has dropped considerably since bei g taken over by Champneys. Now its a very tired run down hotel. Shabby chic but without the chic. Mould in bathroom and on inside of windows. Paint peeling everywhere. Manager not bothered by complaints at all. Spa very over crowded. No room to sit by pool. Water in pool very dirty. Jacuzzi broken. Spa pool jets not working. Waiter service very slow. Had to wait 45 mins for mains and then again for dessert. Food very good. Good quality breakfast.

We booked this for my partner’s birthday and we’re very excited for this treat. The spa staff are lovely but we found the restaurant staff in the spa quite rude. One girl in particular. There is also not enough seating in the spa and we felt sorry for some people who didn’t have seats. The spa has lots of renovations going on and some parts were prohibited which was not mentioned before arrival. Some parts of the spa were also a little outdated and paint was leaking off the wall. We also chose a standard room and it seemed as if it were a cosy instead. We then arrived in our room to find no robes or slippers and when we asked about the Cromecast we were told it doesn’t work as the system thinks it’s been hacked which is a bit strange as it’s been plugged into the TV. This was a bit of a shame and put a dampener on the weekend.

I had a spa day booked for me and 3 friends for my birthday this week. We booked it 4months ago, but got emailed 5 days before the date to say there would be maintenance work on all spa facilities. We were only offered to reschedule not a refund with no apologies. I called and explained that we had arranged this date months ago so we could all get the day off with childcare and extremely unhappy that we had such short notice to reschedule and would like a refund. I spoke to Shelby that said she would issue a refund, but no apologies or reason why we hadn’t got told sooner. I would understand if it was emergency maintenance, but nothing was explained. I was then emailed by Tasha to ask if we would like to reschedule and I said no a refund please. I have had no response, no apologies for this at all. Very RUDE and SHOCKING customer service!!
