The location is very good, not far from the beach. I heard that 4 couples were holding weddings on the day I checked in.
The breakfast was American style and the coffee was very good.
It takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearby mall.

booked through Travelocity, all the pics on the website are totally FALSE ended up receiving a smaller room for a very hefty price. Totally a very bad mistake, not to be repeated.

Everyone we came into contact with was so friendly, kind and professional. Always made eye contact and greeted us as we walked through the areas.

I stayed for 2 nights and both nights my bathroom sink did not drain, after they said it was fixed. The phone lines were down all day and the WiFi was bad too. I expected a lot better from the Sheraton.

This experience has been amazing from check-in, to the room, to lunch in the restaurant. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and made our check in a breeze. We decided to have lunch in the hotel restaurant Urbane. The food was excellent and Christian went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He is an asset to the team and gave us exceptional customer service.

Everything was great. My only complaint was that house keeping knocked on my door at 9:30am and again at 10. They did the same thing to my cousins room and theu walked in on them.
