Excellent service and super clean room! The attendant for the free breakfast was amazing! Super helpful and attentive. Great variety of food as well! Love this place!

I would not recommend this Best Western, they have not updated their amenities in several years. Great front desk service. Breakfast was not good at all.

THE GOOD: Front desk staff was nice. Breakfast had some good options each morning. Rooms were spacious. Plenty of parking. Fairly isolated but safe area. THE BAD: In need of some serious updating. Furniture in the room is old. Walls are thin- I could hear the TV in the next room. My bathroom kept making a high pitched noise - I alerted front desk and they just said that that just happens. Iron didn’t work - just spewed out water; asked for new one but never got it. When I requested maid service they did everything but my bed. Most outlets on the lamps don’t work. OVERALL: I won’t stay here again if I’m in Eau Claire.

The elevator was filthy dirty with a horrible smell. They stated breakfast was included and was open between 5:30 am and 6:00 am. We went to breakfast at 6:30 am but there was nothing other than toast and waffles. We asked the desk clerk and he said the roads are bad so I don’t know when breakfast will arrive! Would not consider this hotel again.
