This was an absolutely wonderful property. It is located in a rural environment and the grounds are gorgeous. The rooms are impeccable decorated and they definitely have gone over and above to ensure your comfort. We were there on a Sunday night and participated in the barbecue dinner. Everything was extremely good. The breakfast the next day was also top-notch with a great selection. We really hated leaving!

Ein kleiner Traum mitten im nirgendwo, sehr besonders, wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man ein besonderes, entspanntes Wochenende erleben möchte. Das Essen und der Service im Restaurant waren top, unaufdringlich und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl von allem was man haben möchte, das Personal dort wirkte in Phasen etwas überfordert, ist aber schlussendlich jedem Wunsch nachgekommen!

Sehr schönes Doppelzimmer mit Balkon - die Inhaber haben aus dem - wie ich annehme - ehemaligen Pferdegestüt ein sehr schönes Hotel gemacht. Es gibt einen Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und verschiedenen Saunen. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt und modern. Die Rezeption ist sehr zuvorkommend. Zum Abschalten ist das Etablissement hervorragend geeignet, auch für Anlässe wie Tagungen oder Hochzeiten. Es ist halt in der Provinz - wenn man das nicht mag, ist man hier falsch. Sonst ist es perfekt. Mitten in der Lüneburger Heide, 20 Minuten bis Lüneburg. Mehrere Wandertouren (siehe comoot o.ä.) sind in der Nähe, auch ein Barfußpfad. Wir kommen sehr wahrscheinlich wieder.
