I gave 5 stars on my last review it only came up as 3.The owner David is one of the nicest person .Rooms excellent. Breakfast 5 star.I cannot fault anything.The owner David made our weekend extra special would definitely come back again.Nothing bad to say all 5 star from me

The owner was absolutely brilliant made our stay the best we have had.Rooms spotless breakfast amazing 5 star.I would recommend anyone to stay there I can't praise it enough .Easy excess to the centre as well .Nothing bad to say all good.Had the best weekend

Quite nice once you get inside. Was told off for being 15 minutes early. And had to listen to ten minutes of how they only make £20 on a booking. Not the welcome we expected. Was given room 1 and told twice it was the budget room. Though it was pleasant enough and clean.

The hotel was about a 25 minute taxi ride into Manchester City Centre. The owner wasn't particularly amenable and the shower was ice cold in the morning. Check in time is late at 4pm which is very inconvenient. Didn't have any issues with the cleanliness tho

Can't comment much as really only used it as a bed for the night. The check in is too late though at 4pm and check out very early at 10.30 even though it says 11.00 am on the booking.
I think breakfast should be offered as standard, never been to this type of establishment before and no breakfast offered it is for all purposes a B&B, only offered at extra cost. Room was quite pricey anyway for what it was.
Heating is centrally controlled and wasnt turned on until a while after I arrived. If you come in late at night room will be cold and turned off promptly in the morning, so make sure that you have had your shower.
One night in the room I was in is enough, it did the job for what I required.

I found the place a nice oldy worldy feel character. The rooms are nicely decorative and presentable.

We had a lovely quiet room which was what we wanted. The bed was big and comfy and we both slept well although the room was very warm. Check in and out was easy. Parking was safe and easy. We didn't have breakfasts as we had an early hospital appointment so can't comment on the food. Hopefully we will have time for breakfast next time.
