Ich war im Februar 2024 für eine Woche beruflich zu Gast im Hotel Gasthaus Schulte in Wickede(Ruhr)-Echthausen und habe mich von Beginn an als Gast sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowie eine ausgezeichnete Küche zeichnet dieses Hotel aus. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Für Liebhaber von Meeresfrüchte kann ich den wöchentlichen Gambas-Abend an jedem Mittwoch empfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional treatment from a service provider. Even if, as the manager of a hotel, you are of the opinion that a guest - and I quote: "is just babbling nonsense", that should not be a reason to ban them from the hotel. But I've seen here that this is obviously routine. Insinuating guests that they won't pay, even though other service staff have clearly confirmed that everything has been paid for - that's not possible. I can happily do without a hotel like this and don't need to be banned from staying at the hotel. I would rather spend the night in the car than with an innkeeper like that!
