We were dissatisfied with a few things, but the staff fixed our issue instantly. Very clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable.

Building and facilities are still relatively new, rooms always clean, front desk staff always welcoming and accommodating. The only place I stay in Odessa!

The pictures lie lie lie about the condition of the rooms at this place. Mold in showers. Left over hair in showers from previous guest. No hot water to shower. Bathroom fan came in and now way to turn off. This place was disgusting. Walls coming apart from previous water damage. It smelled of sewage. I don’t know where these five star reviews are coming from. It’s a hotel for oil field workers who don’t expect much, and it shows.

Fridge had leftover food we notified front desk they immediately resolved the issue but otherwise staff was really nice great customer service

Gisela was my guardian angel on this trip!! After managing to drop my rental car keys down the elevator shaft, Gisela worked with my colleague Rob to improvise a handle and hook to retrieve them. I cannot say enough about her patience, kindness and willingness to go out of her way to help me. A woman of exceptional character! I will never forget this encounter or Gisela's role in saving me. Thank you, Gisela!!!! I had already had a great stay at this hotel. This experience has forever cemented it into my memory!!

Great customer service ay the front desk and room was very clean. The hotel provided convenient breakfast and snack items. There were also a lot of amenities, I like to workout and there is a fitness center. Also needed to get some work done and enjoyed the sitting areas with plenty of power sources.
