Comme j'en ai déjà parlé à l'hotesse d'acceuil, dans l'ensemble votre chambre et votre hotel est de bonne qualité pour un deux étoiles mais Il y a un gros effort à faire sur la partie sanitaire. La douche de la 146 n'a pas de pression et d'autre part il est quasiment impossible de regler une bonne temperature de douche. C'est soit vraiment trop chaud, soit vraiment trop froid. Et quand on y arrive enfin la temperature varie avec de grands eccarts lorsque les autres clients se douchent en meme temps. Il n'est pas très agréable lorsque l'on vient de se réveilller de se bruler ou se glacer sous l'eau. Autre point, la propreté de la chambre est impeccable à part une remarque qui n'est pas du tout liée au travail du personnel qui nettoye les chambres et qui font très bien leur travail. La base de la vitre de douche merriterait au bout d'un certain temps une petite desinfection pour eliminer la crasse brune qui s'est installée au fil du temps. Dernier point, j'aimerai comprendre pourquoi sur la facture de ma chambre, le prix de la nuit est passé de CHF 120.-/nuit (les 2 premières nuits) à CHF 130.-/nuit (les 3 dernières nuits) ? Avec ce qui précède dans mes remarques, je pense que je meriterai plus une baisse de tarif qu'une augmentation. Cordialement Jean-Marc Chevillard

Pour les personnes avec un age avancé c'est bien de l'attribuer les chambres côte coure, car souvent il vaut se coucher plus tôt, c'est plus calme!

Excellent séjour dans une grande chambre bien tranquille, décorée avec gout., moderne et simple. Sanitaires impeccablement propres. Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé, même après l'heure de fermeture. Bonne viennoiseries au petit déjeuner. Ambiance générale reposante.

Nice clean and simple rooms in a perfect location for a trip to Swiss Tech Convention Center or EPFL/UNIL.Located right next to the metro station, it is only 15-20 minutes from Lausanne main station. Breakfast was also simple but very good. Very friendly personal.

The location is ideal for a visit to EPFL: directly at the tram stop and less than five minutes walk to campus. The room is extremely clean, the bed comfortable with nice reading lights, the network is fast (eduroam), and the staff is super-friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nothing special but does the trick. Overall nice design of the hotel, and good value. So, why not five stars? If you like to sleep with your window open, do not get a room facing the convention center! The rooms are directly above the only pub and burger joint on campus that is open at night, and even in February/March, students are sitting outside past 11:00pm - it is loud! Also, the tram was apparently designed before the invention of the wheel, as it very noisily appears to scrape rather than roll around the curve leading up to the station. Not the hotel's fault ... and, yes, the windows are noise dampening when closed.

Ce que j'apprécie le plus c'est la disponibilité et le sourire. Réservation de dernière minute, et pourtant, service et qualité impeccable. j'ai passé une super nuit. Au check out j'ai eu droit à la bonne humeur de Geoffroy, idéal pour débuter la journée! Merci pour tout Victoria :)
