The reception lady was very nice and explained clearly. We had a broken key and the response was very quick and in good humor. The cabin was as dry as website and clean and comfortable

We chose this place as it allows to stay with your pet, however we have never stayed such unclean cabin before. There were sands, dirt everywhere along with human & pet hairs. We had to clean the cabin as soon as we got in, we could not stand. In the evening when we tried to close the roller blinds, we found out that some were broken and couldn’t adjust them. Then when we tried to set up single beds for the kids, mattress protector had so much dust and hairs though the sheets were clean. For the queen size bed, they left the electric blanket under the sheets that control parts were poking out our back and it was very uncomfortable. We would not recommend to anyone and it was definitely not worth what we paid for.

We got the last cabin available, being assured that it was pretty much the same as another we asked for which was unavailable. The photos promoting these cabins have absolutely no bearing on what they actually look like. The lounge should have been taken to the tip it was in such a bad state, together with the curtains for that matter. The shower needed new plumbing as there was no way to stop it dripping without using a spanner, which of course we didn’t have. Management are doing their best, and cleaners are extremely hard to come by which accounts for the cleanliness. After complaining directly to G’day Parks I was told that all caravan parks are privately owned and to deal with them, that maybe the case, but this one was definitely run by newly appointed managers, not the owners. So where to go from here. I won’t show photos taken as I think my review is sufficient.
