房間寬敞。前台服務人員態度不錯，會主動提供幫助。酒店大門需要改善，已經看到許許多多被酒店入口困惑的入住旅客了。

房間乾淨整潔 床舖舒適 距離最繁忙的Queen street大約五分鐘路程 亦較多餐廳選擇
最近的火車站是Britomart 不過我沒有買交通卡的緣故就選擇行遠少少去到Skycity搭直通機場嘅巴士

Walkable distance to city centre and many restaurants close by. The hotel is clean and room size is decent. One thg to complain about is the check out time at 10am (but we then realise it is the norm in NZ).

Everything goes so well, except for the worms during my shower in the bathroom.

有提供停車24小時 NZD$30的停車服務，但我覺得隔壁有一個停車場12小時$15的就不錯了！路邊停車也很好找

The room was wonderful but the best part of the stay was the incredible helpfulness of the staff. She was from Nepal and her name was candita- I’m sorry I don’t remember it accurately. She took the time to help me order an Uber and suggested the haka demonstration at the museum. Her bright smile and helpfulness made my trip so much better
