1 star experience dealing with this company! Absolutely horrific customer service, rude responses on emails and incredibly hard to get in touch with. Would not recommend staying or booking this hostel ever! I think they need to learn better skills on how to deal and respond with customers without being rude or condescending

Great hostel. I had a private room, and it was clean and sunny. The facilities were nice, and the other backpackers were friendly. It has a popular backpackers bar downstairs, and is across the road from a very cheap restaurant called Special Pot.
