I have stay to Ramada hotel end I Ben very welcome with Catalina service, I recommended this hotel because them have lovely staff, end everything perfectly. Definitely will coming back very soon in this great hotel great staff great service great everything, I suggest everyone to come in this great hotel 🏨

Stayed at The Manor, Elstree for three nights B and B, booked through Trip.com and paid extra for a “deluxe “ room. We checked in and we’re given a room called Notting Hill on the second floor of the old building. Very “tired” room, especially the bathroom. The extractor fan was very noisy - sounded like a helicopter which we couldn’t turn off. The loo seat was loose and slipped to one side. The cold tap on the basin would not turn off. Floor tiles were cracked and loose. Bath enamel was chipped in several places. NOT DELUXE. The following morning we mentioned the faults to reception who offered us a different room. We were give “Chelsea “ on the same floor. A larger room in better condition but still not really deluxe. Still “tired”. Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose. All cooked nicely and lots of item’s laid out to select also. Very slow service however, we waited 50 minutes after ordering for the cooked items to appear. Unfortunately, on our last evening the wheel chair ramps had been left out on the steps at the hotel entrance. As I walked up, one ramp collapsed causing me to fall heavily and knocked my wife over too. We both suffered injuries which we reported. The steps should have been removed earlier once the wheel chair had left. Please take care if these ramps are there.

I recently stayed at the King Solomon Hotel for a business trip, and I must say, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff were so attentive and accommodating, and the rooms were well-appointed. I particularly appreciated the free internet, which was essential for my work. I stayed here in august for 2 nights as I got tickets to Strictly at Elstree studios, very conveniently placed and rooms were clean. When the house keeping came into the rooms to clean they had moved my hairdryer (£120 GHD Hairdryer) which was no issue as the room was spotless, beds were made and fresh towels were given. I left my hairdryer at the hotel and once I realised I phoned up the next day. After much confusion due to the receptionist not speaking amazing English I got told they would speak to house keeping and I would get a phone call within an hour… 2 hours later I phoned the hotel and got told they hadn’t had the opportunity to speak to house keeping and got told again I would receive a phone call… again no phone call. I phoned back the next day and got told I would receive a phone call that day, after an hour I got a call to say the head of housekeeping wasn’t in over the bank holiday and they would phone me in a few days. On the Monday I received a phone call to say that my hairdryer was there and that I could organise a courier for collection or come and pick it up myself. On Thursday I drove the 50 miles each way to go and pick up my hair dryer only to be told once I arrived that it was a mistake and they in fact did not have it. I was told they tried to phone me to inform me of this, however I was able to quickly shoot down that lie after going through my phone records and revealing no missed calls or voicemails from the hotel. I asked to speak to the manager, after being told many times that all procedures had been followed (which they clearly had not as if they had I would have my hairdryer back) I was left without my £120 hairdryer and had also done a 100 mile round trip for no reason as a member of staff could not call me to relay this information. I was able to tell the staff which room I was in and exactly where this hair dryer had been left and still nothing. The manager took my phone number and email and I was told that I would get reimbursement for the cost of fuel, my time and some sort of compensation due to what had happened (manager suggested a complementary stay). I have now waited a week to hear from the manager and have had nothing from them, meaning not only have I been left without a £120 hairdryer due to either theft or someone not cleaning a room properly, but have also wasted 4 hours of my day driving round the M25 and waiting for them to find out what happened (with still no answers) and the fuel it has taken to drive the 100+ miles to get there. Overall, the customer service at this hotel is shocking, no one seemed to have an idea what is going on and the lack of communication between staff is atrocious. I am hoping the manager who made these promises to me will see this review and get in touch regarding the above.

An unforgettable holiday, I had a very friendly check in,they are very helpful and Kind. the room was clean, equipped with everything you need, I especially liked the bed, very restful. The location is exceptional, there are many shops, restaurants, you have to choose from; the train station is also close, and the bus station across the street. It was to our advantage, because in London it is always rainy. We enjoyed the breakfast, after which we left, just as friendly the receptionists showed up. I think if I have the opportunity to come to London again, I would choose the same hotel because we have all the facilities and at a good price

The reception and lobby operate like a train station,lots of people arriving and leaving arround the clock.the lobby is small and crowded, so you can not simply sitting and enjoying the bar. Breakfast buffee is somewhat less crowded and there's fine verity of food. We got a suite on the 4th floor,a fine large room, with lots of furniture,but the storage places for clothes almost non existing. It is as if the closet,open one , is only planed for buissnessmen,who hang their suits! Not enough light above the mirror for a woman, to put some makeup. Bathroom good size but the door is not closing easily. The taxi/bolt sevice is awful.we had to wait for a cab 15 to 20 minutes, mayby the location is problematic, and walking to the nearest tube swiss cotage, took ne 12 minutes. The staff was very nice and helpfull!

Yeah for such a nice hotel the friendly staff were amazing it was being felt like we were treated like being felt like we were treated like royalty we couldn't ask for a better set of staff and as for the the accommodation well Mike gorge it was just fantastic it was just fantastic 5 star 5 star better than 5 star better than some London hotels and considering it seems the area of Watford since the area of Watford we were most pleasantly surprised we would never ever have expected something so glamorous we would definitely be staying here again

We stayed as we were seeing Harry Styles at the stadium. Sadly the electric was off when we were trying to get ready. Then we had two alarms the went off in the early hours of the morning while we were sleeping. The sheets were not clean. Aside from this a great location for the stadium and good breakfast

We spent the last weekend at the hotel and we were delighted to had booked the hotel as the rooms were really clean and tidy the light system was very Cousy and relapsing the reception team were very kind and helpful, parking for our car was really good as well as it saved us from parking hassle. I highly recommend it to every one visiting LONDON.

Hotel is a bit dated but was okay Very noisy as close to M25 and in a very busy services Otherwise was fine
