Booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. Upon arrival, I was told it was already booked. I wasn't able to get a refund, reason was that I needed to take the handicap room I was given or move to another property that was in Pharr. Worst part, They lied and said I JUST WALKED OUT! If someone was to just check the reservations for that day, they will see! Employees were nice and courteous though. Property seems good enough. Close to restaurants.

nos fue muy bien, limpio confortable.
lo único que no me gusto es que tenemos que dejar una garantía de 100 dólares que nos los cargan en la tarjeta y después si encuentran ellos en forma completa y correcta la habitación te lo reembolsan, pero el banco te tarda como 2 a 3 semanas

I called room service for some towels and I was told that I had to go down to the front desk and get them. So much for room service
