Check in was terrible, only one staff member to check in people at 3:00 pm. Long line of people wanting to check in. Staff member had to check to see if the rooms were ready to check into. I was told that by the time i brought my bags in the room should be ready. Heard staff tell other customers basically the same thing when they were checking in. My daughter was checking in ahead of me and was told her reservations had been cancelled because of a card error. She had called the hotel two days prior to the reservation to see if she could get an early check and was told it would not be a problem and that they had her reservation. She could not get a room after driving four hours to get there.

Requested a 2 queen bed and was changed to a king size bed without notice, hotel was booked so had to stay in king size bed room
