The staff are excellent. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Paper thin walls, can hear conversations in surrounding rooms, no lifts. Extortionate for what you get would book elsewhere next time

Hassle- free check-in. The room is very simple and basic and will have what you need for your stay (minus the shower gels and shampoo and toothbrush). Pefect if you only stay in your room to sleep after a long tiring day of touring. Location is perfect and very convenient. Close to tram and bus stops. Walking distance to most of the city attractions. We had a great stay and an even more lovely view of the edinburgh castle every night from the hotel room. We have two mid-sized luggages and it was a bit tight to move around the room. But overall, would recommend and would stay in the hotel again.

The hotel is on the main street of Edinburgh. Although the room is a bit small, it is very clean and the price is relatively cheap. It is suitable for couples to stay for a short period of time. The hot water is very hot.
