Burnets Apartments

Great location across the street from St. Giles church. Walking distance to all major attractions in Old Town Edinburgh. Apar**ent was spacious for our family of five. The host was very helpful and very communicative. I highly recommend staying at these apar**ents.

Apar**ent was located in the center of city with many amenities and activities nearby. Communication was easy and quick. Great views of city and bustling night life. Private and secure entrance and access

Not a modern apar**ent in any sense of the word, decor looks dated from circa 2005 as well as the technology and was told it had been student accommodation recently. Had to chase check-in info and then wait for keys to be cut as landlord was still getting the place ready, Apar**ent was old, tired and worn, lightbulbs were missing, light fixing in bathroom just hanging out by wires, floor tiles loose and cracked, no hand soap in any of the dispensers, no tea/coffee or washing up liquid, not even any toilet paper, bathroom sink was blocked, no internet as advertised, a 5G dongle was promised to be delivered the first night and only delivered a day later after being chased. Heating stopped working on the first morning as boiler lost pressure and landlord had to come over again as apar**ent was freezing. Heating or hot water wasn't right during our stay. Window blinds missing string to close them. Standard terrestrial TV that had to be retuned for 15 mins every time it was turned on. No extra blankets just one thin duvet in a cold apar**ent. Apar**ent maintenance has just been neglected and it felt cheap and as little as possible has been spent on it. Location and view from window was great but little else. Would not stay there again.

We stayed in flat 4 (the Penthouse). The apar**ent was awesome - very large and comfortable. The location was fabulous. If I go back to Edinburgh again. The only negative is that the washer/dryer didn't work. The views from the apar**ent were fabulous! I would definitely stay here again.

Didn't have a chance to research about the apar**ent, after the original booking place told me this was an upgrade to theirs due to flooding issue there. Apar**ent was nice and clean to a good standard. However it being right on the Royal mile made it difficult to access first time as road were closed for the Edinburgh festival week and it was very noisey all night due to the pubs on the very same block. So basicly my children and l didn't get enough sleep during the stay!
