The room is good but the staff replied very late to my phone call, there's said the check-in time is 2pm but there was nobody when I arrived at 2pm, I waited outside the door until 2.30pm after someone came.

第一天到達，需要打電話call返負責人，民宿唔係經常有人。且需共享浴室，水壓很弱。晚上暖氣會突然消失，但價錢相宜，衣架很多，有免費飲用水。

這間小型旅店相信開業不久，被分派至地庫其中房間細少如劏房，廁所連沐浴面積極少，充厠水欠妥善，其他設施一般，住了2天，未有工作人員清理房間，整體而言不及招待旅客水平

衞生差到你無法想象 床單被套枕頭套都是沒有換過的 床上還有黃色污漬 實在太噁心 並且床單都是黑色起球 攜程為什麼還要和這樣的店合作 必須封殺 我是晚上10點多到的 到了以後按門鈴沒人開 按照門上貼的説沒人開門打電話 我打了最後告訴我5分鐘後過來人開門 結果我等了接近20分鐘 來了一位一看就像墨西哥人種的老闆 給我拿了鑰匙放我進去房間 我打開2個床一看 我都要噁心壞了 立刻再次給老闆打電話 響了幾聲就掛死不接 我又按照之前告訴我馬上開開門的短訊回覆他要求換床品也不回覆 此刻接近當地時間晚上11點沒辦法我聯繫了攜程 我要棄住 當晚我沒有住就離開了 攜程這期間也聯繫了店主 店主給的答覆是不能給換床品 真是奇葩到家了 有視頻和照片為證大家自己看看這樣的衞生 怎麼住 一般我都不愛評價 愛丁堡之旅第一晚就讓人如此噁心

這家太可怕了，地下室，衞生間廁所都是跑老遠，也分不清哪間房的，像地牢一樣，連前台接待都沒有，到時候找不到人。入住後覺得完全可能睡覺的時候悶死，果斷認栽，在線訂了別家，走了35分鐘到另一家eden，強烈建議攜程封殺這家櫻花啥的，起了個好聽的名字結果跟黑店一樣，避免再有人上當。

The staff were friendly and hotel location was fairly good. There are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. It is about a 15-20 minutes walk to center and many bus stops available.
