The room fee was paid in advance with Ctrip. When we checked in, we were asked to provide our credit card in case there was any other consumption. We didn’t spend anything at this hotel during our stay, so why was nearly 23 pounds deducted directly after check-out?

The door face is relatively small and not very obvious. But once you get in, it's very big and overall good.
I booked a family room. The link says it has a large bed plus a sofa bed, but it actually has a large bed plus a small single folding bed. A bit on the soft side.

There is no elevator on the fourth floor of this hotel, so you have to climb a very narrow and steep spiral staircase, which is very difficult. There are drinks in the room but no corkscrew. It's almost boring in every aspect.
