They are always willing to help at the Front Office and recommend a good restaurant and offer to reserve place in advance. The only bad thing is that Breakfast every day is the same or else everything is okay. The size of the room for 3 persons is sufficient and the mattress is not too hard or soft. They have a kettle and also a coffee maker in a capsule on a daily basis. Give various Tea bags as well as biscuits in the room. The bathroom has all the necessary if required toothbrush and toothpaste can request from the Front Office. Generally, it is worthy of a 4 star and staff are willing to assist

The welcome was chocolate, red wine and a handwritten card from the staff. The waiter was warm and thoughtful. The room was cleaned every day. The sparkling water and drinking water were refreshed every day. The bed was comfortable! The location is good. It is a 7-8 minute walk to Prince Street or the Royal Mile.
