The stay was comfortable. We enjoyed our time here.

One of the worst experience ever! 09:30am house keeping knock despite the “Do not disturb” sign! Soft Pillows Alert! No support to your neck at all! The room was quite dirty, the toilet weren’t clean. The bed though is firm and good for my back. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless they just want a room next to the zoo. P.S. the chinese translation sign on just only one notice in the bathroom is weird. To look around the room, we could only find one sign with chinese translation, this maybe a potential discrimination case. Just a head up to anyone who may be offended before they book the stay.

Absolutely amazing. We arrived very late due to heavy snow- they checked us in and organised an extra bed literally within 2 minutes of arriving. The service is efficient and rapid. The gentleman who looked after our room in house keeping was awesome, he helped us settle in and the little touches to make the kids feel special was duly noted. The manager down on the reception desk was excellent. Everything is managed very well, there is no waiting and the service is outstanding. The view at breakfast is amazing! Mountains in the distance covered in snow. Our stay was better than expected. Parking ✅ Swimming pool and sauna ✅ Food ✅ Service ✅ The hotel location is convenient and the restaurant space is open plan and cosy yet very busy. The hotel does need some updated but everything works well. The location is literally next to the zoo and the overflow car park 🅿️ is next to the hotel. The staff here are outstanding. High praise. Thank you.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not clean, and the overall level of cleanliness did not meet expectations. The hotel is quite expensive, and in my opinion, it is not worth paying $200 per night for a room of this standard. I was also disappointed with the lack of assistance from Comman (receptionist) who was not helpful during my stay. However, I would like to thank Mr. Nill for being helpful and professional. Their support was appreciated and made part of the experience better. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on its cleanliness, service, and value for money.
