The location is good, you can take Airlink bus No. 100 directly to the hotel. The breakfast is OK, the towels are soft, and the service is good overall. I arrived at 3:00 in the morning and could store my luggage at the front desk. Then I was told that I could check in at 3:00 in the afternoon. I received a message from the hotel at 10:00, saying that I could check in. Moreover, the supervisor of the nearby room cleaning responded quickly to the specific questions raised by the lady from Hong Kong about my environment, and personally confirmed whether the problem was solved.
If we talk about the hotel's facilities, environment and rooms, it can't be worse. It is almost the worst of all the Holiday Inn Express hotels in various countries that I have stayed in so far. The room is small and the furniture is old. The big bed I want is not available, and the single bed may fall down when I turn over. The carpets in the lobby and corridors are stained with water, which I personally feel is quite disgusting. I don't know if the hotel headquarters has invested in the maintenance and equipment update of this hotel. If not, I would like to appeal. This is to better serve the guests and better maintain the overall reputation of Holiday Inn.

Convenient transportation, free parking. There is a bus stop downstairs, and there are many buses to Edinburgh city. It costs 2 pounds and it takes 12-15 minutes to Prince Street without traffic jams. I booked a family room, and the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

This is your classic Good hotel with plenty of amenities. It is situated by the Edinburgh zoo and has a good bus access to the city centre. This place has a swimming pool, a sauna and a beautiful lobby with a bar. Smooth check in and check out process.
