Cannot complain about the location, which is just on the Prince Street. However, the staff was not helpful at all. the Wi-Fi signal was really bad. No drinking water is provided. What surprised me most was that I was told that only the upgraded room can have such bottles of water. which sounds odd to me.I can say this is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed among the other hotels in Accor group.

我們看到酒店的評論説環境不錯才選擇住這酒店，我們訂了五個房間，因為有八十歲的長者和小孩所以提前一個多月就預訂並留言希望環境好一點的能夠住在一起的，可是當我們到了以後給我們五個房間不僅不在一起還是環境很差的房間，房間裏有黴味，窗户不能打開，因為窗户外面更臟更臭，住了一天跟前台服務員講讓我們更換一下房間一個也可以，服務員板著臉就是不行。所以我不得不吐糟一下，如果想訂該酒店，你們慎重，慎重。

最強優勢就是位置，下樓就是公交站，距離愛丁堡的景點都很近。其他和四星酒店差不多～服務態度特別好，餐廳風景不錯。
需要自帶拖鞋和牙刷。
