Very well located, close to castle and old town. Very clean room with nice view on the city and the mountains (6th floor). Room was very clean and practical. Staff was polite and helpfull. Food was good. Overal very nice hotel, would recommend. The only downside was that children below 16 are not allowed in the jacuzzi or sauna facilities.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to the attractions. The service is really good and friendly. When I arrived in the morning, there was a vacancy. They took the initiative to let me register as a member so that I could check in early, which is impossible in London. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Edinburgh.

The location is good and the room is reasonably sized but the design of the room is not to my liking. The toilet is completely separated from the rest of the washroom which has happened before but the toilet room does not have a hand basin to wash your hands and the two areas are inconveniently located so it could be a problem stumbling at night.
The room was clean when we checked in but our room was cleaned the next day except for the washroom for some reason. Reported to front desk but no explanation really.
Saw a fan in the closet so the hotel may not have A/C whinch happens in hotels in Europe sometimes. Check that if you are coming in the summer.
