Great location just next to train station, near to Royal mile, Edinburgh castle, Victoria Street etc. Only problem was hair dryer quite old n sticky.

Perfect location and view. Nice service. Good price. I will book this place again if I need to stay in Edinburgh.

Nice hotel, great location, highly recommended

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from the train station. It’s also a place to take photos and check in. It feels good to live in other people’s scenery! The most important thing is to get to Edinburgh, where the art museum is just a few minutes' walk away. It's true that it's a bit expensive. Hotels in Edinburgh are generally very expensive.

1. There are spiders in the room; 2. I chose a basic double room. There were two people in the hotel. I was asked to pay 20 pounds per person per night. I asked why it was called a double room but only allowed one person to stay. The front desk said that a double room has a double bed. If you want to accommodate two people, you must pay extra. ; 3. One thing is that Ctrip’s attitude is okay. Although they did not waive the extra fee of 40 pounds for two nights, they also compensated for it; 4. The location of the hotel is okay, but for 1,600 a night, there is no window and no breakfast. It is better to pay more.

Very friendly and warm staff. The location couldn’t be better. The rooms were big and clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel in a great location. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had a great corner room overlooking the city. Easy walk to the Royal Mile, Castle, and other attractions. Would absolutely stay again.

Great hotel in the best location right off the Royal Mile with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. There were only two minor issues with the bathroom door slamming shut all the time and the room did not have a fridge or hardly any furniture in the spacious room. However, the stay was good value for money!

The hotel was so much better than expected given the star rating and the price. The bed was large and comfy with a choice of pillow types. Shower was good and bathroom was clean. Only comment is that the window in our room was a bit dodgy, needs a repair. Wouldn't close properly so all the noises of the street came through. We did not speak to reception about this as it didn't bother us too much but imagine it would bother someone else.

Ideally located for sightseeing, and is right next to the train station and lot's of bus routes. Breakfast is extra but really good value.

Really good value for money! We got a really large room, with a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and lovely. But the best thing about the hotel is the location!! Just in the middle of old town and new town. Everything you need is just around the corner. The service was ok, but everyone was friendly. Nothing more, nothing less. We had a great stay!

Good location for new and old town. On doorstep for most tourist attractions. Coffee making facilities could be better

The service was very good and staff were very friendly. Hotel was nice, however the only drawback was, there was zero privacy in the toilet in the room. There was a large space between bottom of the door and the floor. Taking into account it's a budget hotel, the price didn't reflect such pathetic privacy.
