有蒼蠅，和工作人員説了，過來問了下，然後就沒有然後了。清潔的時候，換了垃圾袋，沒有補充咖啡吧，和前台説了，拿了一大袋咖啡茶過來（大概覺得中國人要拿這種免費的吧？）廁所有下水道的臭味，不知道這麼貴的酒店，設施和服務怎麼會是這麼差。官網寫了投訴feedback也沒有任何反饋。以至於現在看到radisson blu下意識拒絕預訂了。不過位置倒是很好，樓下就是舊城。

晚上check in時，櫃檯一名服務員態度極差，我預訂的是家庭房，一check in 的時候，佢就話叫我補錢，因為在登記時只有兩個大人名，沒有填兩個小朋友資料所以一定要我補錢先可以比小朋友入住，我同佢解釋他亦不理會，話一定要補錢，我話我book嘅係家庭房，如果只得兩個人入住，我點解要book這種房間？我同佢講因為填表時只可以填兩個人，加唔到第三第四位，但佢一路堅持要我補錢乜嘢都唔聽我講，態度極差，最後另一個職員幫我再查清楚才給我進房間。

這家店對華人很不友好。一是入住時，我説想在酒店付費，接待我的白人姑娘説不行，衹能在網上付費，於是我買了攜程上的在線付款房間，然後從第二天開始，酒店就一直給我信函，讓我去抵押信用卡，我沒理它，退房的時候，又讓我劃卡，我説我已經網上付過費了，那個前台依然要刷我的信用卡。無其他消費。後來我説沒有卡，她這又查了記錄，發現我確實付費了，就讓我走了。二是我攜程網上買了房間，然後入住的時候和白人姑娘説我想要一間安靜的房間，不想要臨街的，誰知道那個白人姑娘就給我一個臨街的房間，還在一層正對着電梯間。導致我三天沒有開過窗簾。因為一打開窗簾就是大馬路。白天和晚上都很吵。三是，我住的房間每到半夜三點開始，就飄出一股屎尿一樣的惡臭，不知道哪裡出來的，到早上9、10點就好了。但是半夜經常給我臭醒了。唯一的優點就是出行方便。愛丁堡也就那麼回事，多呆一天都會覺得寂寞，就一個四線小縣城，這裏的人歧視還挺嚴重。而且我發現攜程上買的房間，在歐洲用，給我的永遠是最臟最差的房間。
