We booked for July 2020 and had to cancel due to Covid19 restrictions. We asked then to move the booking to July 2021, but never got a reply. Whe then had to cancel again in 2021, still due to the restrictions. We contacted the B&B again, but no response again. We never got a refund of the fully transferred reservation fee. We recommend not to book at this establishment, you will never got a reply or refund.

We had a lovely spacious twin room, very comfortable and clean, nice bathroom.
A bit of confusion over breakfast - I wasn’t expecting any, as none mentioned when booking, but there was information in the room that said breakfast was 8-9am - clearly an old sign but it wouldn’t take much to remove this and put a new one up.
We had no trouble parking in the side street just round the corner, as we only stayed overnight, but this might be more of a problem if you were there during the day because there were restrictions.

Highly recommended if you just want a room. Spotless and attractively decorated. Very comfy beds and good shower. Nice garden view from downstairs family room. Breakfast not provided and tea, coffee, milk provided in room insufficient for us. Luckily, there’s a Tesco Express a 10 min walk away. Regular buses into city at bus stops opposite, but we mainly walked it. The walk is pleasant and there are lots of varied places to eat along the way. The room would benefit from from more hanging space / drawers for clothing
