Kamer absoluut niet schoon, vloerbedekking met grote gaten, raam dikke laag viezigheid en badkamer niet schoon, oude lagen kit die zwart waren van oude zeep resten. Stoel wilde je niet op zitten zo vies. Geen schoonmaak van kamer, handdoeken moesten we om vragen

Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant ! Le bâtiment est beau et bien situé. Le petit déjeuner était bien copieux. Merci à Andrew qui nous a très bien accueilli et qui nous a aidé tout au long de notre séjour.

Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, in una via tranquilla, vicino alla linea del treno che collega aeroporto e centro città. Grande scala che porta alle camere, che di sviluppano su piû piani, una settantina di scalini per arrivare a quelle all’ultimo piano. Camere ampie e bella vista, finestre non apribili per ventilare, almeno all’ultimo piano. Bagno piccolo con vasca. Personale disponibile e molto gentile, possibilità di fare colazione e bere qualcosa post cena nell’area dedicara dell’hotel. Uniica nota negativa, in quattro giorni, tre notti, mai pulita la stanza.

Just returned from a two night break in Edinburgh, beautiful city. I could not recommend this hotel enough, fantastic location and excellent staff. Special thanks to Andrew & Sam for all their help. I would have no problem in recommending this hotel to anyone and I would definitely return.

The hotel was nice. Very friendly staff who were very helpful with weather reports, food recommendations and helping with bags. The only problem was the mattresses had seen better days and I found myself sliding down as the mattress sunk. The rest was as expected for the price.
