The room was lovely and clean and the location was ideal for me as was attending a conference in the conference centre five minutes away from the hotel.
The view from my room wasn't the best and there was some construction work in front of the hotel so it was abit too noisy but not the hotels fault..

Great customer service. We arrived earlier than expected and were offered a room that was already available and some welcome drinks too. Staff were very attentive and helpful and room was clean and spacious. Bed was so comfortable and it was handy having parking on-site too. Only downside was the poor water pressure in the shower but I suspect this was due to us being on the fourth floor.

The room is big enough, the facilities are clean and sanitary, the room comes with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and disposable slippers, and the room is cleaned every day; Edinburgh has convenient transportation, there is a bus stop near the hotel, and Prince Street can be reached in 20 minutes on foot.
