The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Haymarket train station, a 20-minute walk from Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle, and a 40-minute walk from Holyrood Palace. The facilities are average, nothing special, but the location is OK for those who travel by public transportation

This hotel stay was amazing. Right from booking until check out, it was very smooth. While I was booking, I believe it was Keiran who helped me cancel and rebook with ease. We had the breakfast in the hotel which was good. But the location of this hotel is impressive everything is close by. All attractions, restaurants, bars, etc are close. Thank you Leonardo for this amazing experience. We will definitely look out for your other properties.

The hotel had a good appearance, new decoration and good service, check-in was very fast. We were three friends traveling who shared a room. In the room, the third bed was a sofa bed and was NOT comfortable, it should have been a real extra bed. The bathroom door did not close properly, it did not fit at the top and closing the door so as not to disturb made a lot of noise. Almost always one of the towels they changed was missing. One day, one of us was missing the entire set of towels. The breakfast was good and complete, with enough tables to sit and different types of food. In general it has been a good accommodation
